Lattice

Who writes this, and why it is written the way it is

Lattice is a small business that turns one medical situation at a time into something you can do on a Tuesday.

Not a clinic, not a gym, and not a wellness brand. There is a person who writes the programmes, a set of rules about what may be claimed, and a short list of things we will not do. That is most of what there is to know, and all three are below.

The person behind the programmes

Every protocol here is written by a physical therapist, DPT, 22 years in orthopaedic and bone health rehabilitation.

That matters for a specific reason rather than as a credential to wave at you. These programmes are written for bodies that have already been told something is wrong: a scan that came back thinning, a spine that has already broken, muscle going while the weight comes off. Getting the loading right for those bodies is not a matter of enthusiasm. It is the difference between a programme that helps and one that hurts, and it is the job she has done for 22 years.

She is not standing next to you. That is the honest limit of what this can be, and it is why the screening questions exist, why the stop conditions are on every session, and why some people are told at the door that this is not for them.

The company

Lattice is run by Aya Caps LLC, registered in the State of Delaware.

One person writes the programmes. One person runs the business. Nobody is paid to say anything here, no supplement company sponsors any of it, and there are no affiliate links: if a programme tells you to buy a pair of dumbbells, nobody here earns anything when you do.

Every programme is a single payment. Nothing renews on its own, and anything that ever does will say so on the page where you buy it, before you buy it.

Write to support@latticehealth.online and a person reads it.

About the evidence

Every mechanism claim on this site names the work it comes from, and where the evidence is thin, the page says that instead of dressing it up.

The research this is built on is set out in full on its own page, including what the studies actually measured and what they did not.

If you are deciding whether this is real

Fair question to ask of anything sold to you on the internet.

The company is named above and registered where it says. The programmes have a refund policy written in plain words. They are written by a physical therapist, DPT, who holds a real licence and answers for what is in them. Every page that makes a claim about your body names the research behind it.

None of that makes a programme right for you. It should be enough to decide whether it is worth ten minutes of reading.
