Your Health Data
This page is for anyone who lives in Washington, Nevada or Connecticut. Their laws give health data special protection. We give it the same protection for everybody, wherever you live. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.
Lattice is run by Aya Caps LLC. To ask anything on this page, write to support@latticehealth.online.
The health data we collect
All of it comes from you. We do not buy health data, and we do not guess it from anything else you do.
- Your screening answers. Before a programme opens, it asks about your body. For the bone programmes that is your T-score band, any fracture in the last two years and the detail, any vertebral fracture, spinal conditions, your bone medication, a short list of health flags, whether a doctor has limited your exercise, and whether you can get up off the floor. The other programmes ask a few questions of their own before they open.
- Your answer to the safety question at checkout, if your programme asks one. We keep it with your email address.
- Your quiz answers, if you take a quiz. They stay in a cookie on your own device for thirty days. We do not store them in our database.
- Your training. Every set you log, the sessions you finish, your checkpoints and your streak. If you use The Door Frame, your height readings too.
- Anything about your health that you tell us yourself, in the chat, in an email, in a review, or when you tell us why you bought or why you want a refund.
Why we collect it
- To decide safely whether a programme is right for you before it opens, and to send you to a doctor first when it is not. The training cannot be run safely without your screening answers.
- To run the programme: to pace your sessions, show your progress and remind you of your next session.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To write the opening of your quiz result page for the answers you gave.
- To learn from what women tell us. With names, email addresses, phone numbers and links taken out, it helps us decide what our programmes, our pages and our ads say. We never quote you in an ad.
We never use your health data to target advertising at you, and we never sell it.
Who receives it, and why
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Your screening answers, your safety answer, your training, your readings and your conversations with us | It is our database. It stores them for us |
| Vercel | Everything you send us, as it passes through | It hosts the site |
| Anthropic | What you write to us in the chat or by email, which may include your health | Its AI assistant, Claude, reads it to answer you |
| Your answers to the bone quiz, with no name or email address | Its AI model, Gemini, writes the opening of your quiz result page | |
| Resend | The emails we send you, some of which mention your training | It delivers our email |
| Zoho | The emails you send us, which may include your health | It runs our support mailbox |
Each of them works for us, and may use your data only to do that job for us. A very small number of named people on our side can read your records, for support and for refunds. Every one of those reads is logged.
Nobody else receives it. Meta never does: not your screening answers, your quiz answers, your fracture history, your medication or your training. Stripe and PayPal take your payment and are never sent your health data.
What you can ask for
Write to support@latticehealth.online from the address you use here. You do not need to sign in to ask, and it costs nothing.
- See it. We send you all the health data we hold about you, and the list of everyone above who has received it.
- Delete it. We delete your screening answers, your safety answer, your training, your readings and your conversations with us. A record of what you paid has to stay for tax reasons, and it holds no health data.
- Withdraw your consent. We stop collecting and using your health data. The training that depends on your screening answers then closes, because it cannot be run safely without them. We tell you what that means for you before anything changes.
We answer within 45 days, and usually much sooner. If we refuse anything, we tell you why in writing, and you can appeal by replying. We answer an appeal within 45 days too. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the attorney general of your state.
Your quiz answers are only on your device. To delete them yourself, clear the cookies for this site in your browser.
Changes
If we change what health data we collect or who receives it, this page changes first, and the version at the top changes with it.
